The trucks, the people and the diesel.
Fleet & Crew covers vehicles, shifts and attendance in one place, so supervisors know who is working, what is running and what each route costs.
Every vehicle's status before the shift starts.
See which vehicles are on route, at the plant, charging or in the workshop. Breakdowns are logged from the driver app and the planner moves stops to other trucks.
- Status per vehicle, updated live
- Breakdown and service log
- Documents and insurance expiry reminders
Attendance that matches who actually worked.
Crew check in with a selfie inside the depot or ward geo-fence at shift start. Supervisors see attendance by shift and route, and payroll exports match the record.
- Shift rosters and route assignments
- Check-in only within the geo-fence
- Monthly attendance export for payroll

How we handle data
Citizen details are used only to resolve their complaints, never shared or sold.
Crew location is tracked only during duty hours, for routing and safety.
Fill levels from sensors are estimates. Supervisors make the final call on routes.
Data belongs to the municipality, contractor or society, exportable at any time.
Daily collection routes per truck, live vehicle tracking and AI route changes when bins fill early or roads are blocked.
Monthly solid-waste reports for contracts and authorities: tonnage, coverage, complaints resolved and segregation rates, exported as PDF or spreadsheet.
Run Fleet & Crew on one ward for 30 days.

Works with or without bin sensors. Your crew only needs Android phones.
