Questions from ward officers and contractors

What does the free pilot include?

One ward on the Ward plan for 30 days: setup, bin and route import, crew training over video and a before-and-after report at the end. No payment details are needed to start.

Do we need bin sensors?

No. Most wards start with crew check-ins from the app. Sensors are worth adding on busy market and roadside bins where fill levels change fast.

What counts as a ward?

A ward is the administrative unit your city already uses. If your area isn't organised by wards, we size it by households and vehicles instead.

Can a contractor and a municipality share the system?

Yes. On the City plan, the municipality sees all wards and contractors see only their contracted areas, with the same underlying records.

How is billing done?

Monthly or annually, with annual billing saving 15%. Public bodies can be invoiced in INR against a purchase order.

Can we export our data?

Yes, at any time, as spreadsheets or through the API. The data belongs to you, during the subscription and after it ends.
